Before making knives full time myself I was an avid knife collector. One thing that often baffled me was how many folding knives would have a small handle as well as a small blade. Most of the time it’s to make them easily pocketable and slimline. However I’d always wanted to make a friction folder with a small blade to keep the blade length legal but with a handle that’s still large enough to be used as you would a full tang knife, and this is exactly what I’ve done with the Jägare Friction Folder!
This particular piece is sporting some very classy materials to include a Damasteel DS93X Dense Twist pattern stainless steel blade, Reindeer antler handle scales with a deep red G10 back spacer.
