Sjörå Filleting knife AEB-L blade and red/black Suretouch G10 scales
This is my filleting knife model, the Sjörä, named after the Swedish water spirit in charge of keeping watch over the lakes!
I’ve designed this to be an all round filleting knife that’s not too big but not too small! The blade is AEB-L stainless steel for a super easy to care for blade whether on freshwater or salty!
the handle on this one is Suretouch G10, a layered G10 and rubber material for a great combination of durability and grip when wet or bloody! The large contoured handle also helps with making sure the knife is locked into your hand no matter what if out on the water!
These materials when paired with the Kydex sheath make for a great carefree package that’ll stand the test of time!
