These Kiridashis are based on the traditional Japanese design that was commonly used as an all round utility knife as well as for layout in fine woodwork and other crafts. I have developed this design to be more user friendly and suited to everyday utility tasks.
This variant has a secondary bevel on the single grind for a more resilient edge. I also do kiridashis with the traditional zero grind for finer craft work upon request.
Made from AEB-L stainless steel with Stonewashed flats on the bevel side and brushed on the other.
This one sports some purple G10 handle scales.
Comes with a black Kydex neck sheath. Or a leather slip sheath that can also be put onto a belt.
